Genève-Servette Hockey Club Foundation Genève-Servette Hockey Club Foundation

The Genève-Servette Hockey Club Foundation for children and humanitarian work was created in November 2006. Its main mission is to assist organizations that support ill or underprivileged children and adults, as well as organizations that help children or adults in sport, the arts and education.

The Foundation regularly engages in social and humanitarian work for worthy causes, taking advantage of GSHC’s communication platform and the club’s prominence.

Some of the club’s biggest names support the Foundation, including Philippe Bozon, Roger Chappot and Olivier Keller.

The Foundation also owes its success to the contributions made by the entire hockey family in Geneva and the club's partners, the time invested by volunteers and the generosity of the local community.

For a number of years, the Foundation has organized various initiatives, including teddy bear tosses, visits to the children’s hospital, Pink Nights, and the Cargill-ASED Cup in partnership with the company Cargill and the charity ASED. Other initiatives are already being planned.

Finally, the Foundation’s mascot is a teddy bear kitted up in hockey gear and ready to take on the challenge of helping people in need.
